The HMO plans offered by Anthem have one of the largest HMO networks in California with more than 37,000 physicians across California. For a lower priced option, HMO Select plan offers an exclusive network with over 22,000 SelectHMO doctors. The Individual HMO is the richest HMO with no medical deductible and access to the entire HMO network. The HMO saver is mid-priced and has a $1,500 medical deductible for hospital and emergency services, which helps keep the premiums lower. The Select HMO is the lowest priced option, has no deductible, and you will only have access to the Select HMO network. All of these HMO plans have Maternity benefits.

PPO SHARE

The Tonik plans are intended for a younger demographic that are in good health. This is affordable plan has a $5,000 deductible, but there are 4 office visits allowed per year on the plan.
